2. Description of Service

PhotonBurst provides AI-powered lead generation and social media advertising services. Our platform identifies potential customers for your business and facilitates targeted advertising campaigns across various social media platforms.

3. Service Plans and Pricing

We offer three service tiers:

• Social Media Starter ($40/month): Facebook & Instagram lead generation with up to 100 qualified leads per month
• Professional Growth ($50/month): Multi-platform lead generation with up to 250 qualified leads per month
• Enterprise Scale ($60/month): Comprehensive lead generation across all platforms with unlimited qualified leads

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering for our services
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited activities
• Respect the privacy and rights of individuals in your lead generation activities

5. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

PhotonBurst is intended for business development purposes only. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy of lead predictions or quality scores
• Specific conversion rates or business outcomes
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That our service will meet all your business requirements

6. Payment Terms

All services are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of PhotonBurst, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by PhotonBurst and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days written notice. PhotonBurst reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately for violation of these terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

PhotonBurst shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our service. Continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
